Mr. Wang is currently the chairman of Southern Silver Resort & Beach, a resort hotel located at the southern coast of Guangdong, China. He has over 20 years experience in the Chinese tourism industry, real estate development, property investment and environment protection. Previously, he was a general manager of a real estate company that developed a vacation resort in Hunan Province, and also the chairman and general manager of a large-scale property development involving shopping malls and resorts in Inner Mongolia. Mr. Wang studied Environment Engineering at Xiang Tan University and was a director at the Environment Protection Institute of Yueyang City of Hunan Province, China.

Mr. Wei brings to Sino Express over 10 years of technology management experience. He is currently the general manager of Guangzhou Travel Information Systems Ltd, over looking the design and technical development of Sino Express e-Commerce Platform. His past roles include master architect of Travoo.com, Travoo.com.cn e-Commerce platform, a major joint venture between Guangdong China Travel Service and Wing On Travel. Mr. Wei holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Guilin University Of Electronic Technology. He also holds postgraduate qualifications in education and education psychology from Guangxi Normal University.

Ms. Shao has over 20 years experience in accounting and finance. Currently, she holds the position of Financial Controller in the company. She has extensive experience overseeing the operation and management of accounting and financial activities in several companies including Toshiba, Jianlibao, GDH and Guangdong Travel Service. Ms. Shao had worked in various industries such as tourism, construction, electronics, food and beverages. She is also experienced in the areas of risk management, investment, merger, financial planning and trade finance. She holds a Master of Commerce degree in Business Administration from the Murdoch University, Australia.

Mr. Peng has worked in the hotel, entertainment and recreation industry for over 10 years with extensive experience in hotel management, tourism management, event and entertainment planning. He currently serves as the general manager of Southern Silver Resort & Beach. Mr. Peng has previously worked at several 3-4 star hotels as an assistant manager and general manager. He graduated from the Sports Technology Institute in Hunan, China and was enrolled in the Police Force of Hubei Province, China from 1990 to 1991. He also completed professional tourism and hotel management trainings at Hunan Economic Management College in 1995.
